Email [email protected]. In the app, More → Contact the Team sends private feedback. Include your app/iOS version, device and steps to reproduce an issue. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
Reading and translations
Versera accepts EPUB files up to 35 MB. Keep your original files. If a book will not open, tell us its title, edition and source; do not email an entire copyrighted or confidential book without asking. AI translations may be wrong. Double-tap for a sentence or triple-tap for a paragraph to compare context. New translations and generated speech require a connection and permission to share text with OpenAI, controlled under More → Settings → Privacy.
Limits and purchases
Free translation and speech allowances reset at midnight UTC. Personal uploads have a separate limit on books held in your library. Versera+ raises these limits and remains subject to fair use; it does not remove every technical or usage limit. Deleting an uploaded book frees an upload slot.
Use Restore on the subscription offer to restore an eligible purchase. Manage or cancel through the app's subscription controls or Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Refund requests go through Apple. Deleting Versera or its account does not cancel a subscription.
Accounts, privacy and safety
Use the same sign-in method on each device; Apple Hide My Email can result in a different account from your ordinary email. Library changes sync when connected. Removing a download frees device storage while keeping the book in your library.
For account deletion, follow these steps. For data access, export or other privacy requests, email us; we may need to verify ownership. Report inappropriate content or suspected copyright infringement by email with the item, reason and relevant details. Do not include other people's private information unnecessarily.
